At Maya Hair, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
We will only accept a return or issue a replacement in the following two circumstances:

### 1. Parcel Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
To make a claim, email us at mayahairbraiding7@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged parcel and product (if applicable)
We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

### 2. Defective or Broken Product
If your item arrives defective or broken (manufacturing fault), please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the defect
- Photos clearly showing the fault
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost to you.

### All Other Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect colour or length selected at checkout
- Hair care products that have been opened or used
- Items not in their original condition
